They've done a lot of stupid **** the last few years. First the 1-series, then they went i4 on all 3-series except the 328 and 330. Next thing will be front wheel drive.

Thankfully, they've made loads of good cars that will rule the secondhand market for years to come. Especially the E30 and E36, not to mention the extreme reliability of the E39.
