As you know I've had a couple of sessions with Sith on hunters and dps and last night he whispered me whilst you guiys were on Gara'jal asking me to review his Feng dps as he thought it was low.   He said his reforging and gems/enchants were sorted.

Bottom line is:
I checked his reforging anyway which was wrong.  He's been using Mr Robot and he'd reforged to over 9% hit (waste of stats).  I've pointed him at ReforgeLite (addon) and told him to install and use it.
I've not looked too closely at gems & enchants yet.

From the logs, his rotation is still poor.  
He's tunnel-visioned on Cobra shot instead of prioritising Arcane shot which means there are way to few instant AS in his logs.  It also means he is trying to do a slow cast-time, focus-generating attack when he probably already has enough focus to fire off an instant and higher damage Arcane Shot.   That's a big dps loss.
Black Ice is still 15% down (in terms of uptime) on what it could be.

Anyway, he's been given those things to work on.

Thats great thanks TL. His dps has improved but yes there is still alot of room for imp. Hopefully he will listen and get this sorted.

Tonights run he was with for 2 bosses and then he had some lag and asked to sit out to sort it.
He was still on TS so i thought why not and then i thought he could rejoin for Kings or Elegon.

I was calling out on TS for over an hour for him and never got a response from him.
So i dropped him out of the group because if you dont answer and be ready to be able to jump in you shouldnt be in the group and get DKP.

This has happened some raidnights in a row he is in the group but AFK and on TS and there also AFK.

Dont really know what to do or say to him about it.
And he probably say he had lag and couldnt get on WoW but he never answered on TS either.

If he is doing this again i will be very unhappy and if he is on the side i cant relie that he would be coming in the group if we need it to.
He has upped his dps alot and tonight i was having in all nights run.

What do you say about this Switch you have seen it aswell.

Make sure he's not getting DKP for the periods where he is absent and not responding.   We used to kick from group like you did - they learn eventually.

I was a little nice to him before but now i wont be.
Worst part for him is probably the pants he wanted from kings dropped

Well as has been said if people aren't there, given enough time on ts and in raid chat to get back in then they don't deserve the dkp. Simples.

In regards to sithy his dps has gone up, yet he's still quite sporadic with it.
I will send him a pm about his afkness and his comp. he's had issues with it for ages and it holds us up too often .
