Riggy grabbed me on ts tonight and half poured her heart out. What came out of it though is that I at her request demoted her to social cause she is fed up with raiding with RGW due to their slow progress and going back to the same old content over and over again while they should be further in the HoF and Terrace but they are not because people in that group are slacking allot and not looking up tactics, going through logs etc. I do suspect that switch stepping down and Mario, Tan and Sharp taking over might have something to do with it as well but I ain't sure. (she said Pendice pretty much feel the same way)

I'm not sure how drunk she was but I do suspect quite heavy if I know her a bit cause she also started to say that this guild is not as social as it used to be when she joined and that since some of the trouble started a few weeks ago not that many people even say hi when she logs on etc. I find this a bit confusing cause I think the guild have become more social the past weeks/months then it have in a long time and yes sometimes gchat can be a bit dead I agree but I guess thats because people are on ts more and they just don't notice it when doing other stuff, hey I tend to half ignore gchat even when standing about in shrine but that's perhaps only me I don't know.

She also brought up the fact that she thought it was wrong that a officer or two wasn't in with RGW and that the RL's in RGW don't have the permission to invite and promote/demote people for themselves. If I recall when RGW was just formed we had this discussion and we agreed that they shouldn't have that power for a number of reasons (its 2am I can't remember stuff at this hour ). She also hinted that she would have thought that switch should have been a officer by this time as well despite him swearing at times.

Bottom line is anyway she talked for a bit, I tried to calm her down as best I could (crap conforting people and calm them down and I mainly was silent tbh) and it ended with me at her request demoted her to social.

I hate writing long posts but at least you guys are sort of up to date down anyway and I thought I post it in here since the new RGW RL's might not feel to happy about her feelings towards them but if you want them to see this feel free to move it.

Thanks for the info Hal ... I had almost the same talk after we swapped for that week.

The social side seems healthy at the moment. Tho last night seemed quiet for a friday

More officers.... In a perfect world we would have an officer in both raid teams. As yet the Leaders in rgw have just not been stable enough.For switch, hes been stepping down for a long time

All we can do is ask her to support the new guys coming in... If she is still not feeling it in rgw then its her call. I cant see any short term solution for Rig and Pen at the mo.

To me Pen and Riggy both seem to be high maintenance which is a shame as they are fun people to play with. Maybe its just we cant provide what they want

Ill try to have a chat and confirm that she wants to stay social (when shes not had a drink)..

In response to your ad for a healer............ if RGW were to do HC modes and progressing well i wouldn't be taking a break from game....... just saying............ 5 months of MSV normal.............. I will bring the ToES lock if they would like, when they wanna go there but tbh it doesn't seem like there is any enthusiasm to do anything different any time soon!!  Hence my break........... and new guild? no, i love people here! Playing a bit of Tera for a change and may do a bit of jogging too which i could do with tbh

Anyway I will miss you all socially but seems just recently no one is speaking to me so ima play something else and chill
