FYI, this is to be used with the plugin I asked whitey to install.
It'll allow us to force the above to open up in a pop-window on the screen of any player not adhering to the rules.

One thing you could do, just to hammer things in, is to make certain words bold or underlined.

I think it looks great, Blunt. Simple and to the point. I see your point, no peanuts, but it might look a little too 'hard'? I personally think if underlined like that, it will draw attention to the negative words, like 'Don't', 'No' and 'Always', and not to the complete message.

But, I will yield to the masses, go for it whatever you choose, Chief, you have my fullest support!
