You can see when the game is loaded who from your friend is online. If they have somewhere around the same level you can just join him/her and level up together. If you need some help with a quest then let me know, I think I have a level 20 also or something around that level.
You can also go public but I haven't tryed that yet.

No insurmountable issues as yet, going through a backlog of side quests as they don't usually take so long - the save mechanism is really annoying if you get 75% through a long mission and then have to quit.

I'm doing ultimate vaulthunter atm. Taking some things down solo sometimes takes so long, enemies respawn behind me!
Long mission can be annoying indeed!

My lowest level is a rank 31 assassin but if you need help with a quest, higher ranks can join also. Also if you need some in-game money, let me know.

Not sure what to do with all the money - how often do you find things worth buying - I seem to pick up or already have better stuff than what's for sale, and as ammo is so cheap most of my cash is actually lost through respawning :-)
