I'm not sure what is really happening, as I've never tried ARMA, but I assume there are some mods here that are not workoing as intended..

We did, it was the Alpha and we saw a couple of these bugs.

But why the seagulls? Why is there an option to turn PCs into seagulls?!?

Death in multiplayer missions, without revive scipting, can leave people doing nothing for a long time, so instead they changed you into a bird so you can free roam and annoy your team mates.

On Arma2 it was crows.
