Hi Folks,

Over the last five or six months we've tried in vain to get the BF4 server to have a life of it's own with the support of the Community.

Our efforts haven't been helped by EA's approach to DLC which since Bad Company 2 has been steadily depleting our user base with the constant roll out of new content at a cost to our members. At present, we have about eight or ten "regulars" which also includes non-Community members. As the series continues to expand, it's been difficult (and expensive!) for what is a small user base to keep shelling out for the next "premium" package and eventually divided our user base. Also, we've had some of our community members move on to other servers so they can get have a game when they want.

At the present moment in time our server is empty during the week with the exception of the odd Friday.

In speaking with the Clan Leaders we've decided that it is not worth the cash outlay for a server that is used so rarely. Therefor the server will cease to exist from the 20th of October.

This doesn't spell the end for the BF4 Regulars to get together on Friday nights and play. It's just that we will have to descend to other servers "en-masse".

So let's give the server a decent send off and fill it for the last few Friday's while it's still there. :dmw:

I will certainly be on for a few hours at least on Friday.

Sad but inevitable end due to DICE/EA's policy of milking the cash-cow to death.

I will still play BF4 now and then, but I will probably be playing Elite or Arma 3 from now on. Without you guys, BF4 just isn't the same. :crying:

I have been playing a lot of arma 3 too lately. I really like the Battle Royale mod.
