Class Action filed against EA

It seems that someone did not like the allegedly misleading statements made to the markets and neither did the SEC:

Maybe this will get them to focus on fixing some of the stuff you guys have posted about.   Damn shame really as it looks a mighty fine game and is clearly (when it works) a whole bunch of fun to play!
