Tried it a couple of years back, not my cup of tea.

Standing in a spot waiting for someone to move is way too boring.

Depends, if you go in as a platoon and all on TS then you can blow through an evening real quickly.   Personally I like to play a little more aggressively, so rarely sit back and wait for people to move!
