Teamviewer alternative

Teamviewer has decided I'm using the programme commercially (I'm not but access parents machine from my office PC). As a result it blocks and kicks me.

So I need to come up with an alternative. Doesn't need to be flash - literally just connect to parents and in-laws to help them with email queries etc.

Anyone have any recommendations please?

I found using Googles version a breeze and it's free. Only caveat is you have to be using Chrome Browser. Also it's not as full featured as Team viewer but for remote fixing bits and bobs on another PC or shifting files around it's a doddle

Anydesk is another alternative.  Free for personal use.
