Just checked the wiki, they added the 2 new artifacts aswell to summon the big spider, which aint really fair as those two new caves are a bit out of our league.

I restocked the staging area at carno island.  So there is stuff to repair armor and weapons and some spare armor, water jars etc.  
Turrets are placed on the roof and only need to be turned on when you get there for defense of the birds.

The fridge has no food at the moment so you will need to bring that your self.
