Update has broken missions

If you have created any missions for our server could you please check they still work ok.

There was a large update last week and it has broken some missions.  I have done some investigation with one of my missions and it to do with waypoints.  The update has added functionality which is incompatible with our older missions (newer missions seem unaffected for me at least).  To fix the issue just open in the editor and re-save, nothing is lost and it should once again work.
