Gh0st Face Killah

This came into work today and as you can imagine went straight round the office. I sat next to the guy who had to phone the customer back to find out if this was a wind up or not. It was their "network manager" thanked my colleague for the call back and said the advice had been most helpful. Here it is, Enjoy!!

Fault:-
Staff are having problems with mice. When they get to the edge of the mousemat, there is no space left. What should they do? Do we need to put another mouse mat next to it or should we reset the pc and start with the mouse at the other side of the mat?

Resolution:-
There are a number of possible solutions to this, the simplest of which would be for users to do the following:
1) Lift the mouse slightly upwards, away from the mouse mat.
2) Move the mouse to the left, towards the centre of the mouse mat.
3) Place the mouse back onto the mat.

By placing the mouse in the middle of the mat, this will then enable the users to move the mouse to the right, but not limit their movement to the left.

Muahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!

Same here, a m8 of mine works in a school and he got a call of a teacher aswell. A screen was almost out of the screen of the computer and he couldn't get it back on the whole screen so he asked my m8 how he could adjust it. My m8 told him to knock twice on the top of the monitor and then my m8 used his computer to adjust the file on the dudes screen. The dude was very suprised it worked. I had a big laugh when he told me the story.  would have paid some money to see the face of the dude when it worked and also wanted to see my m8 laughing at the other end.
