Elite Dangerous - Thursday Events

Good day all,

Since we had a nice little group last Thursday for the Alien Ruins event (thanks for supporting the game!) and even more importantly, you've stayed around(!) I thought why not try a few diverse gaming ideas in Elite for the fun of it.

Thursday was the day that we chose as the game night a while back but as with all games, where there is momentum, the crowds flock so this is not exclusive. Thread closed so if you want to disucss a topic please start one anew and this one is just for advertising events.

Thursday 2nd February 2017, 7pm GMT - CQC Evening - https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php/194014-The-CQC-Forum-Thread-Index - CQC is a free module for all versions of Elite and it is a team dogfight format. The event requires 2 teams, so 2 wings of up to 4 players. Everyone is a n00b at this so will be in starter ships, but if you're experienced, then please choose starter ships so the playing field is level. Try it out before hand to make sure it (down)loads, it's really quite fun. If you have VR I imagine it's vomit level fun!
