Windows snap assist

Windows updated to 1903 the other day & ever since the snap assist jobbie doesn't seem to be working right, it just doesn't line up right with the edge of my screen, I've tried googling every variant of this as I can think of with no avail & was just wondering if it was happening to anyone else? or if my pc's just being a bit special?

has anyone got any ideas on how to fix it? I know it's not the end of the world, but it's getting on my tits.

Corsair Link is the worst culprit for me, always seems to lose 20% of the lower end of the window below the screen.
