New SLs? Reorganisation?

I see the squad system is under way as soon as all the members have entered their availability. I think we need to have a look at the SL status as well. I know I have been SL quite a lot lately and I do enjoy it, but it also means that the rest of you don't have the possibility to SL. Maybe we should think of the SL structure as well.

Mats mentioned to me on Friends an interesting idea. Pick a SL per match day, also a backup SL to the main SL for each match day. That way TL and OB don't have to always make themselves available to do all the work every evening and it encourages us n00b SLs to get involved as it shifts the responsibility onto each evenings SLs to arrange and run the match.

I know I enjoy SL but also (and perhaps moreso) being a sort of 2nd in command type SL, making additional suggestions that may not be obvious to the SL in the heat of battle. I also like to be let of the leash a bit as I know I can do quite a bit of damage if I don't have to 100% focus on SL duties.

Anyways, food for thought.

I have actually deliberately dropped out/not picked myself for a lot of Zombie matches recently as my connection has been so poor - we have also had new members or those infrequently available to get their first run out for dMw so you probably have noticed more SL action recently than usual.  Fair point though, I'll move the grey matter into 'full consideration' mode
