Dr Sadako

Last nights game (aztec 5 vs. 5).

First round I bought Desert Eagle (DE) instead of armour or kit+HE. I spawned with Oldie and we went to ramp bombsite. I intentionally stayed behind the rock formation by the plant spot. I went out fired 1-3 shots and retreated back to safety and repeated the cycle. I got 2 guys and wounded 2. Maybe we should have one DE on each side. A DE has great stopping power against no armour and on the bridge T usually are lined up. DE goes right through and one shot could damage more than one. A shot to the head with DE and only kevlar means HS directly.

The following round we went eco, but I had $2000 (1400 + 600 for kills) and I bought armour and DE. I killed one more that round.

Next round the rest of the team bought weapons and I went eco. I recycled one of the CT guns during that round.

What I would like to try is to introduce semi eco rounds. This way we maybe reduce the sure loss of a eco round. We could try this against ghosts in a friendly match. See if it works, if it doesn't we just throw it out.

There are some other tactical things I would like to try on Aztec when we have training.

I must say that I do not have a problem with eco'ing as CT as I like the usp45. but as T I can't stick with the glock as I have more chance of killing someone with a smoke grenade then that waste time

and as for your idea of semi-ecos. why not, if any one seen the film "enemy at the gate" is a good example of that very tactic
