Sony Ericsson p900

I have a Sony Ericsson P900.

I am trying to set it up to do things, but i'm veyr veyr much struggling.

I want to set it up to receive email from my pc... set it up to put music onto it so i can listen to my music...

mny other things, no point going tinto detail yet, but they are the main 2 things.


is ANYONE able to me AT ALL??
