From the Steam forums:

mat_specular 1 and mat_fastspecular 1
....makes some of the weapons bling bling silver :D
weapons affected: C4, All genades, Knife, P228, TMP,UMP, PARA G3SG1

Shift + F1
Brings up the debug console with some interesting effects!
