This is now available from MS. Looks like they have made a number of changes from 9. I haven't had the chance to have a good look at it though so can't list them for you.

If you want a full featured media centre, Internet radio, swiss army knife then it's a belter. If you want something just to play music and movies and nothing else it's way too bloaty.
