Cloning Software

Can any one help - I am looking for backup / cloning software that will work with a S-ATA drive.  I always used to use TrueImage by Acronis, but even the latest version will not work with my S-ATA drive.  It just does not see that there's a hard drive connected.   This is because, it needs to load special drivers.

Has anyone tried Ghost 2003 - with a S-ATA drive? Does it work OK?
