Duplicate Key in common commands

I keep getting this when try to re-map my keys (e.g. Right Ctrl for crouch). I've checked and there is no other key using that button - anyone else found that it says duplicate keys found in common commands when, in fact, they're not in use?

right Ctrl for crouch?

are you using the arrows or wasd?

I've always played arrows, and have set up my keys around them...

but for BF2 I decided to try to pay with wasd...I still have trouble...it's so easy to mix w with e that I try to drive off but exit the vehicle....time after time aft...

I am getting a bit better at it now...it felt really strange going back to arrows on cs last night...so that must be a good sign.

the 1 i have most ttrouble with is the talk buttons...b & v...i have to actually look at the k/b to find them...not at all natural.

I'm thinking of buying a Zboard if i don't improve....has anybody tried 1?....any good?  or just a gimmick?

I've heard it's actually quit good but if you have a Nostromo N52 you can use that aswell.

Go into your BF2 profile folder (which I believe is in your "My Documents" folder) and find the profile you are currently using (probably in a folder called 0001)

In that folder there is a file called audio.con which you can edit with notepad.

Great thanks Saddy...

Blunt, I'm left-handed (use mouse left hand) so it's easy for me to use the arrow keys and the adjacent keys for crouch, walk, prone etc.

HOWEVER THE KEY I REALLY REALLY WANT IS A 'LAST WEAPON USED' KEY - I MEAN WHY IS IT NOT THERE - HOW HARD CAN IT BE?

I find it really hard switching between weapons. i.e. assault weapon to grenade etc. In CS that makes the last weapon used key brilliant - anyone else find that?
