I don't know what it's like in the UK, but in Americaland we've been bombarded with ads for it for fluffing months. Any product that can possibly have a tie-in with it (including my ISP, who plaster F4 ads over the bills) is shouting at people to watch the movie. Some crappy video editing software? Hey, let's have someone's "cool dad" paste themselves into F4 scenes as the Human Torch.... sigh.

Also, I saw that the Guardian gave it a good review - what were they smoking? The Thing looks like a melted plastic costume, Sue Storm isn't hot, Reed Richards looks like a fratboy pretending to be clever, and don't even get me started on Johnny Storm.

I am ranty, but feh. A F4 movie could have been awesome.

Was going to post about this last week when it came out....couldn't be TANGO'd.......Not so fantastic, strangely the Mrs liked it.....always knew she had no taste.
