The Beeb open their traps and yet more perls of crap fall out. I had no idea that every game I've played is linear.

.....wait a moment. That's why I get beaten at Counter-Strike. I'm not crap, it's just that the linear and fixed nature of the game dictate that I run smack into the first shot fired every time. Actually I r0xx0r$

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

Sorted then ....your name is now Magnetron....half idiot..half bullet magnet  :)
with that mysteriousness that evokes fear in all men who hear your name and stirring passion in all the women.......next!!

ps....and I know it's in the wrong thread but this is running longer than the Archers!!  :x  :x

I've done my best to kill it mate, but they just keep coming up with more rubbish

Regarding the above...if the BBC can report this kind of stuff about games it's scary to thing that they might be as clueless when reporting serious stuff, like world events, politics and such-like

Didn't they do that already in a game called Black and White?

Jeez, once the kids explore all the possibilities and start murdering people do they (the media) really believe that it will have any effect on their behaviour??

..............oh look I've just mutilated someone and now the game won't let me own a knife anymore!!....lessons in the real world for youngsters?..NOT!!

There's nothing wrong with offering them to your PCS mates. We could start a lending library of old crap games...or new good ones depending on your point of view.

BlueBall got himself a copy of Medal of Honour and Spearhead for gratis. Anything else up for grabs?

Grim Fandango. Impossible!
F1 2001. F1 What more can you say?
IGI. I liked it enough to play it twice.
Operation Flashpoint. Got bored with it. 's OK though.
System Shock 2. Very good.
Hostile Waters. Couldn't get on with strategy type things
GP3+GP3 2000 season. More grands prix
GTA3. Hyped to hell and back!
We could maybe set up a stand at the lan. Make a few bob for the 'need more RAM' fund?
