Media Centers?

Hi guys and gals, sorry i havent been about much, but new job is going well and I haven't had much(any) time to jump on the servers.

Just looking for some advice on media centers. Im intrigued by the xbox360 and its ability to play music and stuff from my PC (over wireless), I've also seen some media centers u can plug into ur tv, like this http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/products/data_mediamvp.html. Though i tihnk i would need one of those wireless access points in the living room to get it going.

I've also come across this - http://www.tuxme.com/node/173 so all i need is a spare pc with a wireless caed and a decent tv out.

Any other solutions?
