Coincidentally I have just got back from my mates Engagement party. So congratulations to you too mate

The party was a somewhat sureal experience though. Part way through the evening, as I and my best mate were relaxing from the frovolities. we began watching the people in the room.

I noticed the lucky Fiancee' chatting to her girlfriends as they ooohed and cooed over the ring. She didn't see me watching but as her fiance' was moving around the room her eyes became locked on him.

As her girlfriends in hushed tones told her those secret things that no man will ever hear or know, those big baby blues narrowed down to wicked slits and she bore veritable lasers into the back of his head. They were the eyes of a predator, the eyes of a vixen, the eyes of a "wife to be". And I was afraid...very afraid.

And as she looked on, so her girlfriends, all wives and fiances' themselves looked with her. Like some terrible coven of witches they gazed upon my mate and what terrible thoughts went through their minds I dare not imagine.

And one leaned forwards and whispered in his fiances' ear. And her eyes narrowed even more and a look of terrible malice crawled across her once angelic features.

Like some nightmare 'Stepford Husbands' movie a chill ran down my spine. And at that point I knew, knew beyond all doubt, that my mate was doomed......DOOMED!!!!!! 8O 8O

Anyway congratulations once again. I'm sure you'll both be very happy. :wink:
