Dr Sadako

Denzel Washington as alcoholic bodyguard out for revenge. I thought it was quite good actually.

Always enjoy watching Christopher Walken. :)

Yea, I thought it was pretty good, not too keen on the 'arty' camera effects though :S

I enjoyed the film - not one of Denzel Washington's best, but a good story.

I write down everything I want to remember. That way, instead of spending a lot of time trying to remember what it is I wrote down, I spend the time looking for the paper I wrote it down on.

ChimpBoy

Too effing long and slow, with no real payoff for making you sit through it, despite the always watchable Walken and Denzel.
If I wanted you to understand I would have explained it better

i watched it again last night ...and i think its a great revenge film i know its slow but thats called  a story and the way denz "extracts" info from  the "bad" men is class.
A deffinate plus was Dakota Fanning this was the first time i had heard or seen her on screen and i was very impressed, now probably more known in the role she played in "The War Of The Worlds" so a big star in the making there no doubt. I would like to read the book to which the film was based......but iam not sure that it was of the same title.
So if you aint seen the film yet its on sky movies (probably about 50 times this month <_< )  8/10 from me on this one.
ps I know its old but i thought it deserves more IMO...

I enjoyed it too.  :D

Le Rouge

Ole Pita.
Yes, Dakota played nicely. She actually plays quite a lot (also in a SF series, can't remember the name, Taken maybe?).
"Even in a justified war, only one place there is for the dead; if someone loses - it\'s only you. Prime Ministers leave without a scratch - when everything ends they mourn the people; but I want to live on and mourn them"
