Say what? Correct me if I'm wrong but is this yet another example of this stoopid government not thinking things through?  :angry:  I may well have read this article too quickly but it looks like a piece of Nottinghamshire lace...full of holes!

Sure, do away with prison. Just make them have a go on each of these lovely little toys.
