Lost Account

I've err....aquired a PC capable of running the game again and find out my account expired 2 months ago.....(lost credit card - never updated payment details - no internet - didn't see the emails)

So is Burt dead and buried or can he rise from the ashes?

I think you have about 6 months to ressurect the character.  Not sure exactly but something like that.

mine was off for over 9 months (since march 05) and all my characters are still intact (I never got any emails either). I think it really just depends whether they have a need to purge characters.

Buttocks, I logged in and Burt and Ken aren't there....

I'll trawl their forums and see what I can find...

Failing that, where's the best place to start again?

did u log in on the website or ingame?

 

I just selected azsune and it fetched my characters.

In game and it takes me to the pick a realm page. Maybe I'm being blind, will look later.

If you pick the realm that had the characters on it should fetch them from the server. Although after that it should go to that realm automatically.
