Should we refund Nexus Crystals to those who bothered to buy their own for the enchants before we started to give them out?

I can think of several people - Ragnarh, me, Jeebusa who have all bought our own crystals for the +15 enchant.  I don;t think it is particularly fair that these (and possibly others) lose out for already having done the enchant.  If we should, how should we refund value to these people?

Its a memorable thought but probably too hard to manage, and who says that the people that receive the crystals wont AH them. I know i can trust the officers, but the others im not so sure about

The ones thet need it for Fire Resist on Cloak i try to be the one doing the enchantment (if it is a enchanter thet gat it him self thay tend to wont to do it them self)

And refund im not shure how we shude do it shure i can use the 160g i payed and rather have -30 DkP but we cant plece all
