Since blizzard has made the moonkin even more useless in 1.10 I don't think you will be seeing them around much.

Talking about Moonkins, now that Innervate will be no more a Talent but a lvl 40 skill we will see lots more Moonkins in the roads of Ironforge, Stormwind and Danrassus!
