i need advice on server stuff

why is it that i get diconnected from servers while playin cs, then it comes up with send packet errors? :o|:

are u on 56k??? it happends to me just b4 my connection drops

I assume you've done the usual tweaks for 56K connections? i.e set PC use to server, check that you only got the TCP/IP protocol bound to the device etc.
My 56K connection never suffered from the problems you seem to be having. It was slow, compared to ADSL, but stable.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

i have no idea.

i never used to get this problem, i was with BT, then for a bit i couldnt get more than 5 mins in game b4 it did this. then i changed isp, then it was fine for a bit, i get it sporadically now.
