Attendance and Frustration

The following might sound a bit harsh, but its how i am starting to feel at this time.

I am getting a damm pissed off with the attendance (and some other things, like me having to actualy ASK for officer feedback on my idea's...) at the moment, but looking back in time its been dragging on for the last few months. Heck it was one of the reasons we made the RG1 attendance system. The problem is its getting worse due to exams and other stuff.

Now i dont know about you guys, but for me raiding is the only thing that is really worth doing for me, both in upgrading gear and the fun i get out of my play time.

Our lack of ability to fix this is really starting to piss me off, cause the half backed raids we been having lately is spoiling the fun i am having in those. A 30 man MC run is just taking a piss, and BWL run with 35 isnt working neither. Now we been taking in RG2 to fill these spots when possible. But these dont know tactics as well and arent as good geared as they should be for say the nefarian fight. This has led that our progress ground to a stand still.

And yet most the other officers have the idea its will be over in a week or two. GOD DANG WAKE UP, its been going on for months now..... what makes you expect that with more good weather incoming, vacations, ppl moving, or playing less that the attendance will go up???

Now since you all prefer numbers here are some from the attendance site, RG2 not counted, now eventhough these numbers are close to 40, the actual attendees where still including 3-7!!! attendees from RG2. now too me having 7 RG2 in raid means that at invite time we are dang short

MC:
32, 27, 37, 37, 31, 37.
BWL:
31, 33, 37, 40, 39, 41, 39, 42, 40

Now you cant tell me that the exams are screwing up the attendance from roughly start of RG2. that tells me something else is wrong. Now my quess for invite time today is 30-35 and sunday 33-37.

And yet we still sit on our collective TANGO not doing jack shit about it. Now for me, with raiding beeing the only fun in the game.... I am now seriously considering taking the summer (till mid september) off wow, or quitting the game totaly, or heck i might even go and try to get in a guild that wont allow me to raid once a week due to queue, then to sit here and start to see the good raiders leave. Cause in this rate, thats what i will see happening in a bit.

Now i want to make progress and finaly down nefarian, which should had been done weeks ago.

Np, some time it helps to blow off steam or to take time to say things and examine them.  Just like the 5 hours I spent yesterday trying to assess with my current business partners whether or not we want to continue working together.  Trying times......

Bastet, you know im with you on this one. Thats why i voted to up the Guardian spots with 1 to a total of 7 for each class. YES, that will mean that some people wont get in the raid sometimes, but i really do feel that its necessary to get the proper attendance to these raids. Then we have some competition, and we can optimize the raids
