Where to get WoW patches

I have been searching for better places to get the patch rather than the standard Blizzard downloader (mine doesnt seem to have worked for some time).

My original location http://www.wowguru.com/patches/ doesnt seem to get the patches as quickly as it used to.

Download that file and close ALL WoW based programs.

Throw it into C:\Programs\World of Warcraft\wow-patch

Open WoW.exe and accept the 2 windows. Log in and you get directly to 100% and you can start patching!

I assume the reason for that is the new Blizzard Background Dowloader (or whatever it's called) that has been active since the last patch.  The thing about that, is that Blizzard can start distributing a patch in parts before the actuall release date.  That was they will try to decrease the preassure on the servers the day of the release.

I downloaded the file that smite linked above, and when I extracted that I found that it contained the patch split up in three files.  Two I already had from before (because the Background Downloader has been going while I've been playing and stuff), so the only thing I really needed was the third part, and als the executable to run the install.

In total the patch contains of three split-up files: 1st on 100MB, 2nd on 30MB and the 3rd on 24MB - which makes a total for the whole patch on 154MB
