We should of course still use scorch to get the debuffs and then after the ignites that come from the initial scorching, we can wait for those to go off and then hit Combustion and start the fireballs.

Therein lies the problem.  I was hitting scorch until the debuff is up, then going combustion and FB nuking.  Some of us are hitting Combustion straight away and the Ignite rolls from the hit crit rate early scorches.  What we ALL need to do is scorch to debuff first THEN wait for the ignite to drop (maybe add a 1 second pause after scorch stacking meaning the next FB hits after the second tick) and then hit Combustion together THEN FB nuke.  Can we agree on that process and order?  The mod tells us when the others hit Combustion and we could assign one person to watch the debuff and then trigger combustion when the debuff is up and ignit dropped?

I think it would work ok on bosses but on trash I think we should all just time our own Combustion. Also you don't need to have an exact timing on the scorches/fireballs. Just watch the debuffs and the timers on them and use common sense. :)
