In or Out, The tale of applicants

Marshals are focusing on raids, which is good, but dont forget, you wanted more control over applicants too, and some of them have been waiting for a LONG (2,5 times time on forum) while now, and there bugging me, and considering my gentle nudging of some marshals towards subject wont help, i in turn will start bugging you.
 
I want a verdict on the following ppl ASAP (before fryday AT LATEST), or thier all denied:
Kopicat (Defender/Rogue)
Kavalci (Guardian/Defender/Priest)
Outcastius (Defender/Mage)
Stormage (Any/Mage)
Chraz (Defender, Druid)

I personally know Outcastius (Defender/Mage) a very good and dependible and i would put my neck on the line for him, but these are best discussed on TS.

Well im on TS tonight if we all are lets discuss it there, and we also need to solve "the other issue". Before thursday would be best - speaking of MC thursday im looking forward to see who shows up and who dosent.... I bet ya I could put some names on those who wont.

Kopicat (Defender/Rogue) -
Noone has commented on this rogue. (bad?) Knows only one IG. Got reasonable gear. Did a bit BG (honored with all 3) - As he seeks defender - I would decline him on the basis there's no defender slot.
Kavalci (Guardian/Defender/Priest) -
Can't load profile. No action on making a allakhazam profile. Decline.
Outcastius (Defender/Mage)
As 1A supports this guy without conditions, Id say, this is our new mage! Dosent have the best gear, but comes with great reccomendations (spelling?) and that means a lot to me. Accept as defender imo.
Stormage (Any/Mage)
Also comes with good reccomedations (spelling?). So its' either him or Outcastius. They have about the same gear. Lets discuss this on TS tonight during MC.
Chraz (Defender, Druid)
First I was like - no way. He's got bad gear, knows Pilgaard, and wrong spec. Lets discuss this on TS.
We need another druid, but not any druid... He could get Soldier, and we could see if he makes an effort to get better gear. But if he's like Pilgaard I would 110% sure decline him. - We had our problems with Pilgaard. My 2 cents.

Yeah reason for not inviting Chraz for the free dr00d spot;
- Was during his review progress informed by Pilgaard about different informations.
- Bad gear, and since we are starting BWL we could require a bit better gear(blues at least). His gear should have been a lot better. It's easy to get T0,5 bracers, gloves and belt. They give him a good healing boost, and shows he's willing to do an effort himself for getting gear.
- We had word that some better player would soon apply (today?) - He's better geared. But still if we havent heard this, we would still deny him RG2 spot.
- He is pilgaards RL friend, and that's prolly not a good thing. (kids :devil: )
- Just because we need a druid, dosent mean we take anyone.

i dont require more info, if they ask its said that that info is private to marshals/field marshals as to avoid conflicts later on, or arguements like thats not true. So if they ask any of you, thats what i always say :happy:
