attendance and other problems

Ok here goes, I am a bit hot headed atm and might be a bit overagrod so forgive if i be a bit harsh.
Lately we have been in a lot problems with attendance and progress.
After the skeram kill we went back and cannot even kill nefarion anymore.
Blame it on holidays but that wont help cause after holidays we get another something so ppl dont attend and after that another. It wont stop.

An other part is this has been going on for a long time and we WILL start loosing members soon if a solution is not found. And if 1 leaves more will follow fast and those will be the best geared ppl.

The last part is that i have seen that ppl harrassing a lot lately (looking at 20 man aswell as 40 man) which also acts as a catalist for ppl leaving but also gets the mood down.

For an solution. Seemingly recruiting was not enough cause we still have those problems and we can not just keep on recruiting.
Adding more rules. Be careful with that cause it can turn against you also with ease. Atm we have implemented the random raids again and it prolly will help in the beginning but ppl will see a patern in it cause we only have 3 instances to go to.

My reasons for posting this are cause i am prety much fed up with this and cannot see a solution atm (maybe after some sleep and thought).
Also cause i see a lot of ppl thinking to just leave the guild or stop until the expansion (which are the good geared ppl). Last reason for me is: If this continues i think RG1 will fall apart fast and then we are back at step 0 which a few good players.

Sorry for the long post but i feel i need to say this to the commanders for discussion cause we need to act and soon.

Couldn't agree more. But we've had this problem over and over before. We simply haven't found a solution that works, sure random raids helped a little and such but it just wasn't enough, it wasn't untill later that suddenly people started showing up again.

well we tried just about everything i can think off, from alts in mc/ol to more ppl to random raids, and it looks like outside a small core of ppl they just dont care. which is sad really, but on a bright side, last nites 38 rg1 raid is better then normal.

Btw can i post on the announcement forum that regardless of show up, the raid will either go on or get canceld, so if on thursday we plan to go to bwl, we either go or not, and not redo it later. Else we still get MC every thursday.....

Well I can't be there until Sunday, so go do something real easy like AQ40 or MC on Thursday night as I am missing BWL and want to go right back into on Sunday night!

As for the officer's chat, I'm back Sunday am, so why not hold a big chat Sunday before the raid at say 18:15? We can cover the MC question etc and get things sorted then.

nice, lots of ppl getting back this weekend :biggrin: btw, we had a nice OL/BWL run last nite, all bosses cept chrommy/nef down.

And i think the point came across, i tried ol on tuesday and every1 left, they now know it comes back to bite em in the arse :tongue:
