We have a dorf priest and a druid applying to RG1. They both look ok to me and I do not want us to sit on the apps long enough for them to join another Guidl or raid group.

Can we agree on these two apps today perhaps please? We need both.

Need to check the sponsor to be sure, but otherwise i say let them in right away

Sponsors are Mazii (for the priest) and Vargen (for the druid).

I know who the sponsors are, i've just checked their profiles etc

Sometimes people just give a name as a sponsor, and the sponsor doesnt know about it, thats what i meant

So assuming the sponsors are ok with it, im game

the druid might be a tad under kitted, but would like confermation on sponsorship by vargen first, then id say invite him, we need em bad.

Wonder how that happened. The only words I traded with the guy was "Sorry, busy in BWL atm". I see how that can be missenterpreted as "Sure I'll be your sponsor". :eyebrow:

We can still consider the druid since we really need them. Give him a trial and see how he performs. Can always kick his ass again

I've had a chat with Guidei, and I think we should trial him. He is a friend of Mallei, and Mallei was the one that sent him our way.

I got the chance to do a full cross refrance interviev with him, so I think I got all the info we need and mote :tongue:

He has 3 other lvl 60 chars (alts) and has BWL experiance. He clearly states that it is his Druid that is his main and that he will be actice on that char. Namse of his alts are Anathis(hunter), Ellebel(mage), Kryppt(Rogue). The rogue and mage are not on this server.

I also took the liberty to ask him about his goals and how we fit into them.
He is mainly after a good bunch to play with, and secondly comes nice gear. He also says that playing through progress and challange of the game is more important then the gear.

He also understands the workings of our DKP system, and has actually checked it out for himself. He is fine with the workings of the system as well.
