Should he be a member or should he be made to apply?  This is Keltor's old account that he gave to his younger brother.  Keltor remains, but we now have 2 people in the Guild where we only had one.

I dont see a problem in him staying as a soldier, if he wants a promotion he'll have to apply for it.
Maybe make him an initiate or does soldiers get that rank as they join?

He is allready set as Initiate, and I added the date that Keltor gave him the account. He let me know the day he did, so I changed his rank to Initiate.
