The hunter class in this guild seems to be the most steady group of people, so there is no room for another hunter atm. So decline him.

he is my friend, i play a lot with him  and he is a good player, but as Greatdanes said we have no free slot for him, so decline.
 
just remember him if in future when we will need an hunter.

As you can see from the Application storage section we now grade things into 3 categories:
 
Declined > goes to the Trash topic
Accepted > goes to the Accepted topic
Hold > goes to the Class topic for future review
 
The aim of this is to allow us to review past applications easily when we need that class. There are some applications we like but have no slot in the raid group for - those are the applications to peg as a HOLD. When we do have a slot for that class we can then review those in the top section of that class topic and see all the ones we thought were good. It might just save us some time and find us a better recruit than only dealing with present applications.
