this is for the benefit of anyone who might not be a commander who will be leading.

Before the raid starts - in the admin view section ensure that all people who are in the raid are in the approved section, and no one else. people who signed up but didnt show can be moved to the cancelled signups.

when the first pull is made, click "START RAID" at the bottom of the admin page.

From this point on things need to be updated as they happen to keep AP correct, i.e. if someone leaves the raid, move them to cancelled and move whoever was queued into the raid.

When the raid ends, click "FINISH RAID" again at the bottom of the page.

sorry for being abrupt, im in a rush atm.

any error that is made can be corrected later on by me if neccesary.

Thansk Mene, that points out some bits I was not doing.  What about people who attend but were never signed up?

Guys,

I just made my first approved list of users on the ZG/AQ signup page. Can you all take a look at it just to be sure it's okay.

When I devided all people I still needed 1 member. due lack of druids (1) I  choose Padding so he can spam some heals.

Let me here about it.
