Just a gentle reminder of the rules for everyone:

If you are an RG1 member and you join an RG2 raid (for example MC or OL) then you should remember that you have no loot priority over an RG2 member.
The RG1 member only has the chance of loot if no RG2 member wants the item.
If you whisper for loot it helps the ML a lot if you put the following kind of addendum to your whisper:

" - ignore this whisper if an RG2 member wants it"

No pressure should be placed on an RG2 member to pass on loot for an RG1 member.
By all means ask, but if your request is declined then politely accept the answer.

Thank you.

Agree TL

Was in the raid with RG2 yesterday to ONY. I made a whisper for head of ONY saying " deadlyspirit alt" so about the same.

But never get RG2 members to feel you are in the raid to steal there items.
Deadlyspirit 60 G Mage / Naturpower 60 NE Druid
XpiRai 60 NE Warrior / Deadlyblow 60 H Rogue
 Holylight 60 H Priest / Holy 60 H Paladin

As I have been asked the question and am reasonably likely be asked again, here is a small addendum regarding the recent Molten Core raid where the SR leggings were given to Bob in an RG2 raid.
  • The Officers do not favour RG1 members
  • It was a Master Looter error that Bob got the loot
  • There was no loot pressure from anyone to the ML or other Officers.
I hope this clarifies things and ends further questions.

1 ques: what happens when an rg1 member whos in an rg2 mc run and bindings drop.

lets say the part that drops is the only binding needed to complete TF. what happens then?

There isnt a rule for that scenario, but the nice thing to do would be to complete the TF. However it would be up to the ML and RG2 first and most
