So like it says, suddently application from Mazii popped... go read it. My comment which I post here and not public

Like Nefrion....

Despite what he did, he's man enough to return when RG2 changes raiddays, which was why he left.

Ok with me to rejoin if he likes MC.... cuz we will spend some time there, at least 2-3 weeks of raiding.

So ok by me, im like 90% positive about this.... but what do you say fellow M + FM's

I will say no way....

This was the second time he did a stunt like this and comes back after a short time as soon he can't get any more gear in the guild he went to, in the time I have known this guy, so I will not be able to support he's application.
In my definition for a lootwhore will set/put Mazii in that category.

I have had a chat with him today, and he actually wants to raid with us again, i have told him that were not doing BWL for a while but MC. Hes okay with that, i told him that we got some leavers problems, again okay with that. This doesnt sound like a lootwhore to me, merely like he would like to raid with the ppl he likes. He also told me that he would like to cut back on raiding days from the current 4 to ours 2.

I really don't see why you can support a guy for who teamplay is a word in Russia. I do not have any respect for this guy now he have done this stunt twice and for me that's enough to say no.

Come on, Mazii er you guys friend, I known that, but I don't think that should be his way in to the guild again. Look of his actions instead.

I can understand why he left, but I didnt like the way he did. So the why is ok, but the how is not.

Actually we could need the extra good geared pally atm, and I think he misses the people he used to raid with. Spoke with him IRL yesterday, he came to visit me in my store, but didnt talk about the SoG application tho.

I follow the majority of people wanting him in / out. Im ok with both.

I dont want to but id say let him come back he is well geared and he is needed we bring him back on a 14 day trial if he acts like the old Mazii /kick.

Hmm - if you look here,Absence, you will see Mazii prolly only will have a 50% attendance during his trial.

Btw i am most likely going to be away on Thursday, i am going to visit some mates in England but ill let you know if i am going.

I think we need to be careful to ask the question 'why' before reaching conclusions without information. We all know that sometimes absence happens, some times its good reasons some times not, but you should establish why and if this is to be a likely to be habitual or a one off. As Marshals you guys voted him in, so you should not let the past experience with him colour your current judgement. He deserves to be treated like any other Initiate and that probably means you might want to go and talk to him about his absence during the trial period?

As he was not in your raid group tl i dont think you have seen him like us. We still feel very annoyed with him and the only reason why we took him back was because he knew his role and we are DESPERATE for players for rg2.

Fair point, I'm just saying that you did take him back, therefore he should get a fair trial. If kick is the end result that's fine, but let's not become what we despise.
