Came across this thread on HLSW forum that seems to suggest there is a workround for the "Only 1 Admin at atime" limitation of HLSW.

I'll look into it and see what I can find out but it sure will be good if it works

OK its installed and running on Meathook and Baldric. However, it doesn't want to work in source because the latest source server updfate breaks the metamod plugin GRRRR.

Anyway, we SHOULD now be able to have multiple connections to CZ servers without an admin getting losing RCON if somebody else takes it with HLSW. I'd like to try this to see if it works or if 2 of you want to see if you can both chat through HLSW and report back that would be cool

Add the servers you want to control e.g. 87.240.138.21:27015
enter the RCON pw in the RCON pw field and tick hide and save!
Click the "Get Log Internet" or "Get Log LM" button and you will then be in RCON of the server. Type console commands in the console window and type chat in the chat window.

Been reading a bit more and seemingly we can have up to 25 simultaneous admin connections through HLSW now
