There is an item in your basket that can't be shipped outside the UK Mainland, these are genarally consoles and large bits of hardware. Please edit your order to remove the item in question as we can only ship light weighted items (eg. Games and DVD's) to Malta!

We do apologise, we have done our very best to get as many as these collectors editions out of the door as possible today. We did get stock but not enough to cover everyone and for this we do apologise. At the time of selling them we were not aware of just how many were being made, it wasnt until we had sold hundreds of them Vivendi told us! So we promptly pulled them off the site. We did still however, get about 20% of our orders out which is very impressive considering the whole country only got 1000 units, making this item one of the most desirable collectors editions ever.

Sadly, we wont be able to send you the collectors edition, since they will not be rebuilding it. We can issue you a refund OR we do have stock of WOW Burning Crusade Standard edition now and can ship this today, if you can reply to this email and let us know if you want a refund or for us to send you the Standard Edition that would be most helpful. If you want the standard edition we will of course refund you for the difference aswell. Eg. If you paid £44.99 for the collectors then we would refund you £20.02 + send the standard version (which is priced at £24.97) today - etc.

Also if you could put World of Warcraft Burning Crusade in the subject title in the email it will speed things along. Many thanks.
