Sorry, some confusion here.  I thought you wanted to bind the mani admin menu to a key and that's what I typed.  If you want to bind some admin chat to a key you need to type

Code Select Expand

bind "1" "say @ the message you want to say" Then just press the 1 key and the message will be displayed. I hope that is clearer.
