Healers - preventative action needed?

Bob and I were discussing this in officer chat.  Soalra, another healer, left today, leaving us even shorter handed than we had been before.
 
With more and more guildmembers at 70, and reaching there, the time is coming when larger grouped instances are going to begin happening.  If this becomes a regular thing, thinking of a prelude to raiding, we need to solve this healing crisis to prevent our members going to other guilds for regular runs.
 
We currently have 1 70 druid (Sandrion) and he isn't healing specced.
 
Possible solutions: officers with healers push them through (Shep, Spiritus, Bob (if he wants to), and Bobby..)
 
Or recruit more healers (priests/shammies?) to cover the shortfall...
 
OR ask guildmembers with healers, on a one to one basis if necessary... to push their healers through.

about 100k xp from lvl 68 now.
but i'm gonna open my pc later today to do some fixes..
but hope to have time to play to lvl 68 tonight.. will be likeon or 2 5man runs. yesterday i was doing quest. and got about 60-70k xp hour.. so hopfull as i am, it won't take long.. and when i'm done i'm gonna start lvl'ing my lock. and hopfully i might get some to play on their alts with me.. and then i hope there wil be some healer alts.

As it stands in karazhan you can do well with 3 healers with the first bosses. We got to Aran (boss 6 or 7) the other nite with 3 healers (2 pala, 1 priest). The 25 man raids look to require more, at about 8 healers on 25 ppl.

I've got my hands a little tied up for now, but will work on Shep when I get through this present time of horrendous work!

I'd open the doors for applications from healers only (provided that they are already healing spec).

still working on my pc.. darn cd'roms and hdds floatin all over my room..
think i'm up to 500+500+200+200+250+150 GB now and a extern 250gb..
should make the amount of? 1,9TB
still space for more.. but went out of extend racks bits :sad:
HDDs i got plenty off.. dunno how i've manage to get so many
but if raggy is playing this weekend so am i =)
