Choke problems

Tonight while playing on MH I was getting aweful choke, anything upto 40.  My rates are as follows:-  Rate 20000 cl_updaterate 101 cl_cmdrate 101  I have a 2mb connection.  Any ideas why?

I was experiencing some choke tonight but not as bad as you (max of about 5 but still not ideal)

I was getting spells of up to 20 but most of the time 0-5.

That's nothing, I get 40 all the time,it's 90 that's bad. But I never seem to lag. :g: ( Too much, and I don't lag no more. )

I guess choke is what I get. I get loads. And sometimes long ones. How do I see the figures you mention? and you talk about some values you set - what should I put in, and where? autoexec.cfg?

Umm, I just put rates in.
