The 2.0.10 patch is now live, and it seems to be working great. It took some time to download the patch for me (even though it's only 3.5MB), but I logged in, all add-ons worked etc.

You can read the official patch notes here, and there has already been a hot-fix to some of the changed made to druids in the patch, which you can read more about in the druid section :)
