I haven't forgot about them but I'm spending a lot of my spare time doing things to help grow or at least bring together the TCS players on our servers more regularly.
If anyone else wants to arrange matches please do, I'd like to concentrate on the community side of things for the moment.

I'm also sorting a practice as some people seem to be floorinspectors (Also a comment I made towards Bastet last Friday).

Do many of the mani_admins play regularly?

If so and you need a hand - I'm sure they would be only too happy to help and would provide a rich source of free labour....

All Charlies are Mani admins and a lot of them do play regularly.
It should be the senior admins arranging the matches though as you need to be able to admin the server during home matches (not using the mani interface). A number of the senior admins have the ability to arrange matches already, if there are any who don't and would like to, please let me know.

I also believe we should limit the matches at the moment until we get a sustainable number of people willing to play regular matches. The current crop of Bravo's could provide this.

I think that has been time well spent. We see more people returning to Boomer and some have become regulars and even Bravo members! I think we are moving in the right direction in regards to the growth of TCS. Keep up the good work guys!

Short note whe have too do something bout the players for matches i know it's been told many times but,there always the same peeps that are playing.:eyebrow:

How about having one match per two weeks and in the same time have a mini tournament the other week.

Sunday no 1 - ED match
Sunday no 2 - mini inhouse tournament/match

That way we could get some needed practice as well.

That does sound good, we could also throw in the odd friendly match for practice.

The tournament idea was to round up 2 maybe 4 teams and do 5vs5.
2 matches and the winners go to a final and the runner ups go to match for 3rd prize. The idea is to have only 1-2 matches to make it quicker than a big tournament. We could for example have the same teams every tournament and each team picks their map of choice and every team have to come up with a tactic. One idea could be that after the tournament match we could present the tactics (and CSTV maybe) to evalutate how we did. The idea is that it would be semi training-semi match kind of thing. Both educational and fun. I bet we would be able to round up 20 ppl for a mini tournament every 2 weeks. I think we could have a think tank around this. What would work and not work?

I also belive that a mini tournament could be a good training ground for Bravos that might become Charlies.

It's been hard work getting 5 available for matches, but it would be great if we could get enough for a mini tournament. Even if we only got 10, it would be good for training purposes.

My idea was to attract Alphas and Bravos to this as well.

Maybe a Ladder would be interesting alternative to tournaments.
